Defense Department Official In Hot Water Over Series Of Social Media Posts Openly Mocking White People

Inside the Education Activity office of the Department of Defense, the current chief “diversity, equity and inclusion” officer, who is tasked with supervising the education of the children of employees at the Pentagon and of military members currently overseas, posted a scathing series of social media posts mocking and disparaging white people.

The person in question, Kelisa Wing, was first promoted up to her current role back in December of 2021. As part of the announcement of her promotion to a new position which was created specifically for her, Director Thomas Brady exclaimed, “Kelisa Wing is exactly the right person to lead our efforts in building on the foundational work done to support meaningful change in our organization.”

“This new position will take a holistic approach to identifying and improving how we integrate the practice of diversity, equity and inclusion in every aspect of DoDEA, from curriculum and assessment to hiring and professional development,” he went on.

Back in June of 2020, Kelisa Wing posted, “I’m exhausted with these white folx in these [professional development] sessions,” as reported by Fox News.

Making use of the term CAUdacity, which seemingly refers to audacity from white people specifically, she also stated via social media, “[T]his lady actually had the ‘CAUdacity’ to say that black people can be racist too … I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS … [W]e are not the majority, we don’t have power.”

While responding to another post, she yet again took aim specifically at white people, exclaiming, “If another Karen tells me about her feelings… I might lose it…”

Near the end of May of 2020, Wing stated, “Racism is ingrained in the very fabric of our country.”

This past Friday evening, Cmdr. Nicole Schwegman, Public Affairs Officer at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, put out her own statement stating, “We are aware of news reports concerning an official at DoDEA.”

“Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts in… [DoDEA] are an important part of building and sustaining an organizational culture where all students, educators, and staff are valued and respected,” she went on. “Our focus remains on ensuring military-connected students, their families, and our employees have equitable access to opportunities and resources that support student achievement and readiness for college and careers.”

Wing has previously written children’s books that sports titles such as “What Is White Privilege,” “What is Anti-Racism?” and “What Does It Mean To Defund the Police?” as reported by The Daily Mail.

“White Privilege” is a book that sports sentences such as, “If you are White you might feel bad about hurting others or you might feel afraid to lose this privilege.” it also seemingly tried to encourage white kids to worry about if they will “really feel good at the end of the race when you look back and see others fighting obstacles that you didn’t even have?”

“What is Anti-Racism?” attempt to make the assertation that the word “race” stems from either Hebrew or Italian, but the outlet did highlight that standard Biblical Hebrew does not contain any such word.
