Appearance At Astros Parade Gets Senator Ted Cruz Attacked

While attending the victory parade for the Houston Astros for their win in the World Series, an onlooker pelted Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) with a can of beer at the politician rode along on a float in the parade.

Initially, the Texan politician was accosted with jeers from the crowd — which were soundly ignored by the man who just kept waving —  as he continued in the parade from the back of a truck.

Another video from the incident highlighted Cruz in the back of the truck responding to the beer that was sailing toward him. He, along with a staffer, both through their hands up at the same time, seemingly trying ot deflect the projectile away from themselves, but it did manage to hit the politician. The staffer then pointed out into the large crowd, seemingly trying to point out the culprit to police forces and parade security officials just where the projectile flew from.

Cruz also took his daughter Catherine out to the game in which the Astros won the World Series:

Senator Ted Cruz, who has recently been out campaigning to assist other Republicans prior to the midterm elections, also chose to make a recent appearance on “The View” from ABC — which sparked a protest so intense that the show was forced to go to commercial.

“Excuse me!” shouted one co-host Whoopi Goldberg at the ones protesting. “Excuse me! Ladies, ladies. Excuse us, let us do our job. Let us do our job. We hear what you have to say but you got to go!”

Goldberg and her gaggle of clucking co-hosts tried to push froth with their segment including Cruz, which resulted in elevated voice and intense shouting.

Goldberg claimed that she really did not like seeing Republicans win at anything but tried to argue that Democrats never got violent if they failed to get their way.

“Whoopi, did I miss an entire year of Antifa riots?” questioned Cruz, seemingly shocked at the out-of-touch statement. “Where cities across this country were burning … your position is the left doesn’t engage in violence, really?”

This set the co-hosts off into a shouting match trying to be louder than each other — and subsequently Cruz- which sparked Cruz to speak a bit louder and garner the ire of co-host Ana Navarro as she scolded the man for “screaming.”

“You just said we don’t scream at each other, right? Or is it just you that gets to scream?” she screamed.
