Ezra Miller, the actor well known for “Fantastic Beasts,” has officially been charged in Stamford, Vermont, by being charged with felony burglary due to the theft of quite a few bottles of alcohol that were allegedly stolen from a home that was empty at the time.
As stated in a recent report sent out from the State Police of Vermont, this alleged theft was officially reported just before 6 p.m. on the first of May, 2022, and police carried out an investigation into the complaint.
After further investigation into the evidence, which included witness statements and surveillance video, police officials stated that they thought that they had obtained stable enough probable cause to issue charges against 29-year-old Miller of burglary into an unoccupied dwelling.
Police officials were recently able to locate Miller this past Sunday, August 7th, just before midnight — at which point they handed over a citation ordering the embattled “The Flash” actor to come before the Vermont Superior Court for a hearing on Sept. 26th for the arraignment on the charges.
Miller has been seen in recent news for a vast majority of other issues, which included allegations that led to two separate arrests out in Hawaii this past year — one of which was for disorderly conduct and harassment and another for second-degree assault. Miller is also looking down the barrel of quite a few abuse allegations — one woman claims that he tried to choke her in a bar out in Iceland and another woman from Berlin made the claim that the actor harassed and insulted her in the wake of telling him they could not smoke in her apartment.
Additionally, as part of a recent investigation carried out by Rolling Stone also called on sources that claimed that small kids were living in entirely unsafe conditions out on a Vermont ranch owned by Miller — which they have also claimed was an illegal marijuana growing operation. Another source claimed that guns had been left lying around and that even a small toddler living on the property had been seen trying to chew on a loose bullet.
The mother of that young child, who remained anonymous in the report from Rolling Stone, claimed that Miller had assisted her and all of her other kids in order to escape an abusive situation and that she truly felt safe while on the property.
“[Ezra’s] home ranch has been a healing haven for us. They may have firearms for self-defense purposes and they are stored in a part of the house that the children never go in,” she expressed. “My kids are able to relax more into their healing because of the safety and nurturing Ezra has been providing for them.”
Additionally, Miller stands accused of grooming minors and of being the leader of a cult. In one such case, the parents of that minor called out Miller of trying to groom their daughter, but the daughter defended Miller and claimed that the actor had repeatedly stood up for many people.
