Democrat President Joe Biden has found himself catching flak late Tuesday evening in the wake of his choice to politicize the tragedy that took place earlier that day at a school in Uvalde, Texas.
Late Tuesday evening as more information came in, the number of victims in the Robb Elementary School tragedy continued to climb and made it up to 19 after an 18-year-old male stormed the building and opened fire on the children and staff before a nearby agent of the U.S. Border Patrol reportedly chose to not wait on backup and rushed into the building and took down the suspect.
Biden, however, made the choice to never let a tragedy go to waste and quickly politicized the vent as he sounded a call for the country to “stand up to the gun lobby” and “do what we all know in our gut needs to be done.”
The president stated that the idea that an adult could just “walk into a gun store and buy” two modern sporting rifles was “just wrong.”
“What in God’s name do you need an assault weapon for except to kill someone?” Biden exclaimed falsely.
Biden then attempted to crack a joke about the situation while issuing his statements, saying, “Deer aren’t running through the forest with Kevlar vests on, for God’s sake.”
“For God’s sake, we have to have the courage to stand up to the industry,” exclaimed the most powerful man in the free world and whose political party currently controls the entire federal government of the U.S. “Why are we willing to live with this carnage? Why do we keep letting this happen? Where in God’s name is our backbone to have the courage to deal with it and stand up to the lobbies?”
Biden caught flak across both social media and cable news for his insane statements in the wake of the tragedy.
“The President of the United States, frail, confused, bitterly partisan, desecrating the memory of recently murdered children with tired talking points of the Democratic Party, dividing the country in a moment of deep pain rather than uniting,” stated Tucker Carlson, a well-known host for Fox News.

“Cry me a river Joe, just like Barack did in front of TV cameras every time innocent kids were shot dead,” stated another political commentator Ajit Datta. “You’re all essentially two sides of the same coin. Because if you were to really act on it, how would you ever champion this issue again?”
Andrew Surabian, a political strategist, stated, “Bodies are still warm and Joe Biden rushes to politicize a tragedy in record time.”
Biden was slammed especially hard for cracking jokes about the situation in his statements.
“Why is he always making this stupid nonsensical joke, especially after a tragedy like this?” tweeted IT Systems Security & Forensics Specialist Alan Bayer. “What’s wrong with this guy?”
“Joe Biden cannot help but use that stupid, lazy, inappropriate gun joke about deer in Kevlar vests,” stated radio host Jason Rantz in a tweet. “What a disgraceful moment in this inappropriately political speech. But yeah… he’s the unifier-in-chief.”
“The goal of deer-in-Kevlar is to get you to chuckle, then agree with his bad-faith point,” continued Rantz. “Did he want you to chuckle today? So disgusting.”
