Ohio AG Speaks Out About Doubts Surrounding Victim Cited By Recent Biden Pro-Abortion Speech

The head law enforcement official out of Ohio has stepped forward to announce that he has discovered absolutely zero evidence of the existence of the alleged 10-year-old rape victim who many advocates of abortion, which now includes President Joe Biden, have claimed was forced to flee the state in order to abort her tragic pregnancy.

The story that recently cropped up sparked outrage and sympathy directly in the wake of the decision from the U.S. Supreme Court late last month to overturn Roe v. Wade, and hand the power back to the state to be able to regulate, allow, or even ban abortion. However, the main claim started to fall apart near the end of last week during the retelling of critical details. Dave Yost, the State Attorney General, spread further doubt one the story while making an appearance on Fox News.

“We have regular contact with prosecutors and local police and sheriffs,” explained Yost to Jesse Watters. “[There’s] not a whisper anywhere.”

Yost stated that he thinks such a horrific incident would not manage to elude the attention of his office.

“My office runs the state crime lab,” he stated. “Any case like this, you’re going to have a rape kit, you’re going to have biological evidence, and you would be looking for DNA. There is no case request for analysis that looks anything like this.”

Biden chose to repeat the tenuous claim that seems to have started back on the 1st of July with a report from the Indianapolis Star that highlighted a quote from a doctor who claimed that the girl was made to travel out to Indiance to get her abortion. The doctor, Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist Caitlan Bernard claimed that they had been told about the case by an Ohio “child abuse doctor.” However, Yost also explained that even in the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent ruling, Ohio’s so-called Heartbeat Law would have allowed the carrying out of such an abortion for a case like the one stated.

As stated during his remarks issue on the 8th of July, Biden claimed that parts of the country are taking “a giant step backwards” in the wake of the ruling from the Supre Court/ He named quite a few states as examples of those who have implemented that he labeled as extreme abortion laws.

“This isn’t some imagined horror,” explained Biden. “It’s already happening. Just last week, it was reported that a 10-year-old girl was a rape victim in Ohio — 10 years old — and she was forced to have to travel out of the state, to Indiana, to seek to terminate the presidency (sic) and maybe save her life. That’s — the last part is my judgment. Ten years old. Ten years old. Raped, six weeks pregnant. Already traumatized. Was forced to travel to another state. Imagine being that little girl. Just — I’m serious — just imagine being that little girl. Ten years old.”

It was The Washington Post that first highlighted that Bernard was the only source for the story that was being used as an example by Biden, which ended up going viral and was widely repeated around the world. The more liberal-minded newspaper also highlighted the fact that the Ohio law would force any doctor to officially report any cases of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse or neglect of a child, whether proven or just suspected, to the local child welfare or police agency. No reports of any kind have been seen for the case.
